Home Sale Closing
Once you’ve found a home, qualified for financing, and had your offer and terms accepted by the seller, it’s time to prepare for closing. Closing costs often vary depending on location, and your real estate agent can clarify associated fees that will be identified on a HUD settlement statement prior to purchase. Financial responsibility commissions to real estate agents can be negotiated and often vary as well, but commonly seller will pay closing costs as a percentage of the sales price.
